1) Learn vocabulary on pages 57-58
2) Learn "Types of Food" on page 60
3) Learn "Ways of Preparing Food" on page 61
4) For your activity journal, watch videos by Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, Rachael Ray, Julia Child, Nigella Lawson, or another famous cook!
5) Try to finish the worksheet from class.
